Who are the members of the Generations Hospice Team?

Generations' team of professionals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help family, friends and caregivers provide patient care. Team members schedule visits and services to meet the needs of the patient and/or family. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals includes, but is not limited to:

Nurses Certified Home Health Aides Medical Social Workers Chaplains Volunteers Bereavement Professionals Medical Director Homemaker Services Administrative Staff

What services are provided by Generations Hospice?

Generations is dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate hospice care through an interdisciplinary team approach.

The following services are provided by Generations:

• All medications, durable medical equipmentand supplies related to the terminal illness.
• 24 hour on-call support.
• Personal care, including bathing, feeding and dressing.
• Emotional counseling.
• Spiritual counseling.
• Social Work services.
• Physical, speech and occupational therapies.
• Vounteer services and support.
• Dietary counseling.
• Education and support regarding end of life issues for patients, families and community.
• Bereavement services.
• Funeral/memorial planning.
• Inpatient and respite care, as needed.
• Crisis care.
• Other services, as needed.
